Timberstone, Timber Ridge and Timberlands

Don't get confused by all the names. It's all one big area and they just give sections of a specific name so that you know where you are. They are a really nice neighbourhood.

They are also located in the northeast corner of the city and it's ranked number seven for the best neighbourhoods for families, with 80% of the couples being married and 49% of them having kids still at home.

Timberstone, Timber Ridge and Timberlands - Parks

One of the big benefits of living in this neighbourhood is it does have a ton of amenities. There are grocery and shopping areas. 

They have all different kinds of shopping, from supplement stores to gyms and restaurants. So, if you don't want to leave the neighbourhood, you really don't have to because it is like everything you need is near your home.

Timberstone, Timber Ridge and Timberlands - Types of Homes

So far in 2021, the median home price is $417,000 with prices ranging from $250,000 up to $900,000. It's a great neighbourhood for affordable starter homes with a wide mix of homes. 

There are two stories, bi-levels and bungalows. There are also a fair amount of apartment rentals in the area. It has Timberstone Mews, which is a retirement community.

If you don't want the mother-in-law living with you, you got a good option there. They are a really good neighbourhood with homes in this area built from 2009 up to new construction.
