Kingsgate is a small and older neighbourhood with a population of 1,500. This neighbourhood is located in the northmost part of Red Deer. This makes you far away from the traffic of people jamming in the busyness of the downtown core.

But Red Deer is a small city, you can easily drive to almost everything in Red Deer so being situated in the northmost area will never be a problem. You will have access to Highway 2A and 50th Avenue so going to business downtown and getting in and out of Red Deer is also not a problem.
